Ingredients
1/2 cup tequila
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup agave syrup
11/2 cups heavy cream, well-chilled
2 cup Lime Leaf-Key Lime Curd
1 package lady fingers
Cooking spray
Plastic wrap
Directions
In a small pitcher, combine tequila, lime juice and agave syrup. Taste to check flavor, adjust if necessary. Pour all but 1 cup into a shallow casserole dish. Soak ladyfingers in margarita in dish; chill reserved 1 cup margarita in fridge. In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip cream until just before it reaches stiff peaks. Fold the Lime leaf-Key Lime Curd and whipped cream together. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining with plastic wrap. Line bottom and sides of pan with ladyfingers. Fill with Lime leaf-Key Lime Curd mixture and cover top with more lady fingers. Freeze overnight. When frozen, slice with hot serrated knife and serve on chilled plates with shot of reserved margarita on side.
